Oats – half a cup
Oil – two tbsp
Anise – quarter teaspoon
Brinjhi leaf – one
Carrot, Beans, Chilli, Goose – half cup (finely chopped)
Green chilli – one
Salt – as required
curry leaf – just a little
Coriander – a little
Coconut milk – four teaspoons
Pepper powder – quarter teaspoon
Water – three cups
Add oats to a pan and fry for two minutes. Pour oil in a pan and when it dries add aniseed, brinjal leaves, carrot, beans, cabbage, Add umbrella chillies, green chillies and saute for two minutes, add fried oats, water and salt and mix.
Then add curry leaves and coriander and cover and cook.
Once cooked, remove it and add pepper powder, coconut milk, coriander and stir and serve.
