I’m going to talk about a book called How To Eat by Thich Nhat Hanh, who is known as the “Father of Mindfulness” and a Zen Master. Plum village in France was founded by a Buddhist monk, a peace activist, a poet, and a teacher.

He was born in HUE, Vietnam, and his pet name is Thai, which means “teacher.”

I like this book because it is written in an elementary language and is a light book that anyone can read in under two hours and grasp what food is and how to eat it

We have been eating since we were born, but do we ever stop to think about it?

How do we eat now? What we eat, do we eat the right food?

The master teaches us what food is and how to eat it in this book.
